Each book of expert knowledge is referred to as an “application”. The seven predefined chapters or “sections” of the “application” are: Codes, Watch Items, Rules of Thumb, Resident Experts, Articles, Design Guides, and Diagrams/Models. Document formats that can be stored within each application include: Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
After defining your company applications, you can quickly refer to the information using the advanced search functions.
Stored knowledge is accessible through an Internet browser, whether hosting the application with Infoview Systems or at your site. An administration program protects the security of your information.
